Returns & Refunds

We hope your LittleWildingCo pieces are loved and lived in but if something's not quite right, that's okay too.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a refund, all pieces must be unworn, in their original condition, and with tags still attached.

To start a return, email us at info@littlewildingco.com.

If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages or issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us and we’ll make it right.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalised or custom pieces.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
